Just 5 minutes away from public transport. Due to the ideal location of our beautiful chalet, everything you need is nearby.
The apartment is located only 200m from the ski slopes, the train station “Grindelwald-Grund” or the bus stop. The centre of the village and all available cable stations in Grindelwald are a 10 minutes journey by bus or train.
There is a big variety of restaurants in Grindelwald, where you can get spoiled culinary.
The nearest supermarket “Landi” is located 600m from the chalet, by car in 3 minutes, on foot in 10.
The nearest cable station Männlichen is where you can start simple or more challenging hikes in summer and enjoy beautiful skiing days in winter.
You can catch the train to mount Kleine Scheidegg, which is the middle station on the way to the famous Jungfraujoch. On the Jungfraujoch, which is also called The Top of Europe, you can find the highest weather station of Europe at a height of 3.454 m and many more attractions.
The numerous bus lines guarantee a comfortable transport to the cable car stations of mount First and mount Männlichen. Timetables are available at the train station, all cable stations or on www.sbb.ch.
The public ski bus is free with your visitors’ card or a valid ski or hiking pass.
Ski renting: next to an Intersport shop at the train station “Grund” you can find Buri Sport, Intersport or Grindelwald Sport shops in the centre of the village. All rental shops rent out ski and snowboard equipment as well as toboggans.
Some shops also offer ski and snowboard lessons for individuals or groups.
